The short version
If you sign up for “Notify me when it's back,” we keep your email address so we can let you know when Honey Oak is back in stock or when we launch something new. That's it. We don't sell it.
What we collect
- Your email address, which you type into the signup form.
- The date and time you signed up.
Our website host, Netlify, receives and stores form submissions for us, and may process technical information such as your IP address to filter spam and keep the site secure. The site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use your email only to tell you about Honey Oak restocks, pre-orders and launches. We won't sell, rent or trade your email address to anyone.
Where it's stored
Signups are stored privately in our Netlify account and are not publicly visible. If we later move our list to an email service to send messages, your email will be stored there for the same purpose.
Pre-orders
If you pre-order, payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) on its own secure checkout page. We don't see or store your card details.
Unsubscribe or delete your email
To be removed at any time, just reply to any email from us or write to hello@honeyoakchips.com and we'll delete your email from our list.

Our Instagram and Facebook links take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
Age
Honey Oak is made for use with whiskey. You must be 21 or older to purchase or sign up.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
